All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Crowned Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
We take great care in packaging each order securely. However, once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crowned Tresses is not liable for items lost, damaged, or mishandled during transit. If any issues arise, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
