Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Crowned Tresses does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will review the issue and make it right if the error was on our end.
